EXPERIENCE


Serving in the practice of law since 1973.  Law Clerk for Honorable Pleas Jones, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Kentucky from 1973 until 1974.  Private practice in Louisville, Kentucky from 1974 until 1977.  Assistant Attorney General, Commonwealth of Kentucky, from 1977 until 1981.  Actively practicing law in Jackson, Wyoming, since 1981.  

Admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Wyoming Supreme Court, the Kentucky Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States District Courts for the District of Wyoming and the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.

Adjunct Professor, Academy of Multidisciplinary Practice and a Senior Faculty Member of the Estate and Wealth Strategies Institute at Michigan State University.  Frequent lecturer and speaker to professional organizations, C.P.A.s, lawyers, financial advisors, insurance professionals, charitable organizations, and the public, on wealth preservation strategies, estate planning, business planning, private adoptions, and related topics.
